1. ELECTIVE
To meet the requirements of this qualification, the learner must select nineteen (19) competency standard units with a minimum of eight (8) competency standards from the Diploma list and the remainder from the Certificate IV list. OR If the learner has completed all Units of Competence required for a qualification at Certificate IV level only eight (6) competency standards need to be achieved. Those specialising in automotive technical streams at the Diploma level will need to have previously achieved automotive or equivalent competency at the Certificate level. GROUP 1 - Customer Service

This qualification includes a number of variable hour elective competencies and
prerequisite pathways therefore the total hours of the qualification may vary
depending on the competencies chosen and the pathway required to achieve the
qualification.
This training program is a representation of the qualification AUR50199 taken
from the Automotive Industry Retail, Service and
Repair Training Package AUR99 which should be consulted for full descriptions
of requirements. AUR99 is accredited until 30/08/2002.
