Description
This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to provide administration services in an international education organisation. Particular emphasis is on workplace practices such as the application of intercultural protocols, cross cultural communication, identification of job role requirements and career planning.No licensing, legislative, regulatory or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of endorsement.
