Description
This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to demonstrate and constantly review work processes that ensure that the quality of the business process is maintained for the implementation of specific industry technologies at an identified industry standard.It applies to individuals engaged in ongoing review and research in order to identify, manage and evaluate the implementation of industry technologies or techniques to improve aspects of the organisation's activities.Work functions in the occupational areas where this unit may be used are subject to regulatory requirements. Refer to the ICT Implementation Guide Companion Volume or the relevant regulator for details of licensing, legislative or certification requirements.
