This unit of competency specifies the outcomes required to use computer applications employing advanced features and maintain computer systems. It includes performing routine personal computer maintenance and software upgrades; and data back-up, storage, conversion and transmission.The unit supports the work of Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme (NatHERS) assessors when engaged in assessment services.In some jurisdictions, this unit of competency may form part of the accreditation, licensing, legislative, regulatory or certification requirements for NatHERS assessors.
