It includes analysing and reviewing information sourced for an Aboriginal land claim, consulting with stakeholders, preparing a submission, and carrying out post-determination instructions.This unit applies to those working in administration roles investigating Aboriginal land claims.The skills and knowledge described in this unit must be applied within the legislative, regulatory and policy environment in which they are carried out.
