This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to manage a multiple site franchise.A multiple site franchise refers to an agreement between a franchisor and a franchisee for the operation of the franchise across more than one site or region.No licensing, legislative, regulatory or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of endorsement.
