This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to source information about sustainability in the context of apparel and textile design and production, use sustainable work practices and contribute to improved sustainability.This unit applies to all workers in the textile, clothing and footwear industries.No licensing or certification requirements exist at the time of publication. Relevant legislation, industry standards and codes of practice within Australia must be applied.
