Description

This course is designed to provide a level of training in information
technology suitable for graduates to be employed in a variety of entry level
support roles in the information technology industry. Graduates should be able
to work under guidance and in teams. Graduates should also be able to assist
others and take limited responsibility for the organisation of the work of
others.

Learners undertaking the Certificate IV will develop knowledge, skills and
competencies to perform a range of general computing and information technology
functions.
