Queensland and has been accredited in that State as the CNF83 Course in Canteen
and Fast Food Attending from 1/8/94 to 31/12/98. Approval has been granted
from the Director VET, TAFE Queensland for this course to be offered by the
Western Australian Department of Training TAFE Colleges.
2 On successful completion of the following modules within this course:
- 68311 CAFF011 Basic Beverage Preparation
- 68312 CAFF012 Fast and Convenience Foods
learners may apply for exemption from the following module in the proposed new
courses, 5747 Certificate I of Canteen Operations and 5748 Certificate II of
Canteen Operations:
- 31276 Fast Food Preparation and Production.
