To provide the learner with a basic understanding of Real Estate.

The Certificate III in Property Services (Real Estate Sales Representatives) is
a recognised VET qualification.

The graduate will be eligible for registration as a Real Estate and Business
Sales Representative in Western Australia, and to receive appropriate industry
accreditation for competencies demonstrated.
