State Implementation and Classification
Description
The Certificate II in Leadership Development is a bridging course which may be customised to a specific industry or community environment. There are no specific vocational or educational outcomes for this qualification, however in the past, some learners have gained employment on completion of the course, or, as a result of the successful completion of the Certificate II in Leadership Development, have enrolled in the Certificate III in Leadership Development. Learners may also progress to undertaking a Certificate II qualification in an industry area.

2. Elective Units
Select 4 elective units from any endorsed Training Package or Accredited Course at AQF Level 2 to total a minimum of 70 nominal hours. (One unit may be chosen from AQF Level 1 or AQF Level 3)
Elective units should be relevant to the key client group, job outcome, local industry requirements and the qualification level.
Note: The units below are examples of units which can be chosen as the elective units for this course.
