To provide an ongoing introduction to materials and techniques related to the
drawing/visualising process.
To develop awareness of the function of design elements in the
drawing/visualising process.
To assist learners in developing technical and perceptual skills, in
conjunction with creative expression.
To develop an awareness of drawing as a primary art form.
To comprehend the impact of twentieth century visualising technology on the
images we see and make.

- practical skills
- concept interpretation
- demonstrated ability to appreciate the holistic approach of this
course by integrating skills and theories learned in concurrent modules.
