Description
To provide the learner with the knowledge of
personnel and environmental issues relating to
occupational health and safety in the vehicle
refinishing environment.
Range of Variables
This module integrates theory and practice. An
emphasis on applying the theoretical principles
and processes in a simulated "on job" practical
situation is essential, until competence is
achieved.

Knowledge Short answer questions (written, oral or graphic, or multi
choice, paper or computer-based)

Practical Practical exercises which assesses the skills required of each
learning outcome, followed by a final practical exercise which assesses the
overall module purpose.

Learners must demonstrate competence in all
learning outcomes to the standard identified
within assessment criteria, while adhering to
state Occupational Health and Safety legislation
and Institute Policies and Regulations.

All the necessary subject related information will
be supplied, and learning outcomes will be
achieved without error and without assistance
(unless otherwise stated in the learning
outcome).
