Description
This introductory subject is designed to equip
students with the basic knowledge and skills needed
to carry out the duties of an Agriculture Protection
Board District Officer.

To introduce the students to:

- an appreciation of the characteristics and control of
declared plants and animals.

- identify the main declared plants and animals likely to be
found in Western Australia.

- the declared plant and animal control strategies necessary
for one or more districts.

- plan a programme for the control of declared animals and
plants
