Description
A knowledge of legal principles and concepts gained
from legal precedent and statutes in relation to
Insurance, Wills, Trustees, Executors and
Administrators, Principal and Agent, Partnership and
Bankruptcy Law topics of this course.

An understanding of law sufficient to define, list,
explain, describe, discuss, compare, contrast,
distinguish and illustrate related principles and
concepts.

The ability to apply principles and concepts thus learnt, to solving simulated
business problems of relevant legal nature by use of class discussion, lecturer
prepared models and appropriate assignment materials.

Information that will enable them to show how
deceased and other estates are distributed according
to law.

1 WA Wills Act 2 Australian Bankruptcy Act or 'Australian Bankruptcy
Act 1966 and Rules' - CCH Publication 3 Partnership Act.

The copies of these Parliamentary Acts must be
unmarked except that the following marks are
permitted:
