Description
To develop the skills and knowledge required to select, use and maintain common
building industry hand tools.
Range of Variables
Delivery methods must provide for the demonstration of competency in skills
specified in all learning outcomes, either in on-site or simulated on-site
conditions.

Delivery strategies should reflect the nature of the learning outcomes and the
needs of learners.

Some areas of content may be common to more than one learning outcome and
therefore integration of delivery and assessment may be appropriate.
