Description
The aim of this course is to provide an overview of legal requirements in WA for gas installations which are subject to the Gas Standards Act 1972 (the Act) and its Regulations, and workers doing or supervising gas fitting on such installations.

Learners shall, at the end of the course, be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of non-technical gas fitting regulations for consumer installations in WA.

This module may be delivered off the job as a self paced unit or as a structured course using flexible delivery.

Final test for Office of Energy accreditation under controlled conditions. (Final test must be undertaken with suitable supervision acceptable to the Training Provider and Office of Energy.)
