To provide participants with the skills, knowledge,
opportunities and experience to be able to:
-change their focus of learning, making the transition from passive learning
in a teacher centred environment to an active learner in a student centred
environment by taking responsibility for their learning success
-review their lifestyles and priorities to give learning an important place and
develop strategies to facilitate achievement
-adopt enoyable learning approaches that enhance learning success in formal as
well as unstructured and workbased learning environments, making lifelong
learning a pleasure.
