ELECTIVES
Learners must complete elective units from the Specialist Cellar Operations and Optional sectors. Units other than those listed below may be selected. FDF03 should be consulted for a complete list of units in the sectors, for information on the points and pools allocated to unitsand for further information on packaging requirements. Learners must complete elective units to a total of 32 points from the Specialist CELLAR OPERATIONS sector and the OPTIONAL sector. A minimum of 4 points must come from Pool 1 units, a minimum of 14 points must come from Pool 2 units and a maximum of 8 points must come from Pool 3 units.
