ELECTIVES
Learners must choose electives to a total of 10 points, from units of the Wine Grape Growing Specialist sector and the Optional sector. A minimum of 4 points must come from POOL 1 units and a maximum of 6 points must come from POOL 2 units. The Food Processing Industry Training Package (Wine Sector) FDF03 must be consulted for information on the points and pools allocated to units. Units other than those listed from the Wine Grape Growing and Optional sectors may be completed. The Training Package should be consulted for a complete list of units in these sectors and for further information on packaging requirements.
