Description
The course provides learners with basic industry specific skills and knowledge to enable transition into a traineeship within the Community Services or Health sectors at the Certificate III level or to gain employment in the Community Services or Health Sector (Allied Health).
Packaging Rules
To achieve this qualification nine units must be completed of which six are core and three electives, chosen from a one of two streams, Allied Health or Aboriginal Health.

A Statement of Attainment will be issued for each unit of competency completed if the full qualification is not completed.

The Qualification is to be delivered utilising face to face delivery mode, with a 110-hour work placement required to be undertaken in a suitable work placement to allow for consolidation of knowledge and skills.
