1. ELECTIVE

To meet the requirements of this qualification, the learner must select sixteen (16) competency standard units with a minimum of eight (8) competency standards listed for Certificate IV between eight (8) competency standards can come from the Diploma. The remaining eight (8) competency standards from the RS&R bank of standards aligned to the needs of the enterprise with a maximum of two (2) from the Diploma but at a similar level. OR If the learner has completed all Units of Competence required for a qualification at Certificate III level only eight (8) competency standards need to be achieved. Those specialising in automotive technical streams at the Certificate IV level will need to have previously achieved automotive or equivalent competency at AQF III level. GROUP 1 - Customer Service
