NOTE: The total hours for this qualification, if Certificate III in Food Processing has not been achieved must not exceed 1090 hours. If Certificate III in Food Processing has been achieved, the maximum number of hours for this qualification is 620. Any units selected must be relevant to the occupational outcome sought and should be appropriate to the AQF level.

providing approval has been given by the National Food ITC. Certain Specific
Units may have prerequisites

This training program is a representation of the qualification FDF40198 taken
from the Food Processing Training Package FDF98 which should be consulted for a
full description of the requirements. FDF98 is accredited until 31/07/2001.

their State accrediting body.
