A total of 19 units must be completed, consisting of: 4 Core units, 10 Seafood Processing specialist units (Group B), and 5 Elective unit that may be selected from a combination of Group B seafood processing units not yet selected for this qualification, Group E electives, Certificate I in Seafood Industry (Seafood Processing) - maximum of 1 unit, Certificate III in Seafood Industry (Seafood processing) - maximum of 1 unit and Certificate II level or higher from this or any other Training package. Unit must be relevant to workplace needs.
