The requirements for a Certificate III in Sport (Career Oriented Participation) will comprise achievement of a total of twenty-eight (28) to thirty-one (31) units of competency consisting of:
- 9 Core Units
- 11 Stream Units
- 1 Group of Specialisation Units
- 7 Electives from any Training Package within the Sport and Recreation Industry
