1 Prepare for test or inspection
  • 1.1 Appropriate materials or samples are selected.1.2 Equipment is selected, prepared and calibration confirmed.
2 Perform test or inspection
  • 2.1 Samples are tested against specified standards according to required quality standards and using prescribed testing or inspection procedures.2.2 Checks are assessed.
3 Record and report result
  • 3.1 Data collected is converted into a form suitable for interpretation where required.3.2 Outcomes are reported and appropriate personnel advised.3.3 Result is recorded.
