Description
The purpose of this module is to provide competency based training in the
identification and analysis of opportunities to improve operational and
financial performance through the effective management of, and expenditure on,
operating and capital resources.
The aims of the module are for participants to acquire the skills, knowledge,
attributes and professional practices that will enable them to:
-recognise the financial implications of effectively utilising operating and
capital resources
-review and analyse their impact on operations
-make informed and effective decisions on investments in operating and capital
assets to optimise operational efficiency
-achieve financial performance.
