Requirements for completion of the qualification:
Successful achievement of all Core Group 1 units
plus one unit from Core Group 2
plus either all units in Core Group 3 units or Core Group 4 units
Plus seven (7) elective units with five (5) units from one or more of the areas of the Caravan Industry Training Package specified below:
- Manufacturing
- Supporting Technical Skills
- General Administration
- Health, Hygiene, Safety and Security
- Leadership
- Merchandise Sales
- Financial Administration
- Computer Technology
- Customer Service, Sales and Marketing
- Training and Assessment*
- Quality Assurance
- E-business
- Innovation
Remaining units may be selected from the Caravan Industry Training Package or any relevant, endorsed Training Package.
In all cases selection of electives must be guided by the job outcome sought, local industry requirements and the characteristics of this qualification (as per the AQF descriptors).

Note: Where THCMAN01B Build a recreational vehicle chassis, or THCSER01B Repair or Service a recreational vehicle chassis is selected, candidates must have achieved suitable welding competencies from the Metals and Engineering Training Package prior to or during the undertaking of this unit.
*Where Training and Assessment units are selected, the following units should be achieved in clusters. Each cluster will count as one elective within this qualification.
BSZ405A plus BSZ407A plus BSZ408A (= one elective)
BSZ401A plus BSZ402A plus BSZ403A (= one elective)

If UTENES209B Attach Flexible Cords & Plugs to Electrical Equipment 250 Volt Supply is selected it must be substituted with module REL5 Cords and Plugs to 250V to cover the licensing requirements in WA.

Either MEM5.15AB or MEM5.17AB must be selected
