Description
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who perform advanced analysis and modification tasks to enhance vehicle performance in the automotive retail, service and repair industry.

Packaging Rules
Total number of units = ten (10)- three (3) core units, plus
- seven (7) elective units, of which:
- up to seven (7) units may be chosen from the Elective Units listed below
- up to two (2) units may be chosen from a Certificate III qualification or above in this Training Package or another endorsed Training Package or accredited course, provided that the units chosen contribute to the vocational outcome of this qualification and do not duplicate the outcome of another unit chosen for the qualification.

Entry Requirements
Those undertaking Certificate IV in Automotive Performance Enhancement must have completed AUR30616 Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology, or be able to demonstrate equivalent competency.
No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this qualification at the time of publication.
