When all requirements of Certificates I and II in Meat Processing (Smallgoods) have been met, including the level 2 units MTMS201A, MTMS202A, MTMS203A and MTMS19B, complete all compulsory units in Group 1 below, plus 3 Technical Units from the electives in Group 2 below.
NOTE: MTMMP11B Sharpen Knives should also have been successfully completed if learners are working with knives.
