Description
This course provides participants with the skills necessary to obtain employment or to provide skills recognition services for the positions of operational managers, supervisors or workers within the wine industry in either a vineyard, winery, warehousing or marketing position.
Schedule
Students must complete all 10 Core Units and at least 2 Electives for a total of 12 Units. One elective may be selected from other relevant endorsed training packages at AQF level 4.
