Description
To provide the student with:

- a comprehensive knowledge of the regulations
relating to servicing of gas appliances.

- the ability to diagnose faults in gas
appliances given their history and/or signs.

- the ability to correct faults in gas
appliances.

- the experience to perform preventative
maintenance on gas appliances.

- the experience to carry out a complete service
to any gas appliance component.
Successful completion of this course enables students to apply to the Office of Energy WA for endorsement to service "Type A" appliances.
