Description
To provide the course participants with the
essential advanced Food and Beverage Silver Service
skills and techniques that are commonly utilised in
a variety of Restaurant, Banquet, Function and Room
Service activities.

To enable participants to develop, practice and
acquire advanced skill Silver Service competencies
in the principles, practices, concepts, tasks and
techniques using hot and cold menu items spread over
a range of courses and menus.
