Description
To enable the learner to safely take a vessel on an ocean voyage, taking into
consideration all aspects such as the navigation, engineering and master skills.
Range of Variables
Theory sessions followed by practical exercises in engineering, navigation and
vessel handling skills. The vessel may be motor or sail.

outcomes in line with the assessment method shown.
