Description
This qualification provides the skills and knowledge for an individual to be competent in a range of general information and communications technology (ICT) technical functions and to achieve a degree of self-sufficiency as an advanced ICT user.

More specifically, in this pathway students will gain skills and knowledge in: the foundations of server security, foundations of cloud computing, network security, client support, and professional practice.
Packaging Rules
Total number of units = seventeen (17)
- six (6) core units,
- eleven (11) elective units
- all units from one of the specialist electives groups (A, B, C, D or E)
- up to seven (7) from any of the specialist groups or from Group F general electives
- up to three (3) from elsewhere in ICT Training Package or any other Training Package or accredited course at Certificate
III or IV level
