ELECTIVES
Learners to complete elective units from the Specialist Cellar Operations and Optional sectors. Units other than those listed may be selected. Learners to complete elective units to a total of 56 points. A minimum of 4 points and maximum of 18 points must come from POOL 1 units, a minimum of 14 points must come from POOL 2 units and a minimum of 16 points and a maximum of 36 points must come from POOL 3 units. The Training Package should be consulted for a complete list of units in the sectors, for information on the points and pools allocated to units and for further information on packaging requirements.
