Description
This qualification allows for the attainment of competencies in preventive health.
No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this qualification at the time of publication.

Packaging Rules
Sixteen (16) units of competency are required for this qualification comprising:- Five (5) core units listed below, plus
- Eleven (11) elective units.
- choose a minimum of ten (10) elective units from the list below, of which eight (8) must be taken from Group A and two (2) must be taken from Group B.
- choose the remaining one (1) elective unit from the elective unit list below or from elsewhere within this training package, or from another endorsed training package, or from an accredited course.
All elective units chosen from outside this qualification must support the learning outcomes of this AQF qualification level.
Where a prerequisite unit is attached to an elective unit it is identified by this symbol ∟.
The prerequisite units attached to any of the elective units must be undertaken and are additional to the number of elective units required for the qualification.
Elective units chosen must not duplicate content already covered by other units in this qualification.
Where imported units are selected, care must be taken to ensure that all prerequisite units specified are complied with.
