Description
This qualification reflects the role of cleaning industry personnel who use well developed skills and a broad knowledge base in a wide variety of cleaning management contexts. They may be responsible for wide-ranging operational cleaning management activity and for managing staff, providing quotations, planning and overseeing work, and providing customer support.
No licensing, legislative, regulatory, or certification requirements apply to this qualification at the time of endorsement.

Packaging Rules
To achieve this qualification, competency must be demonstrated in:- fourteen (14) units of competency:
- seven (7) core units
- seven (7) elective units.
The elective units must ensure the integrity of the AQF alignment and contribute to a valid, industry-supported vocational outcome and are to be chosen as follows:
- all seven (7) units may be chosen from the elective units listed below
- up to three (3) units may be chosen from Certificate IV qualifications in BSB Business Services Training Package
- up to three (3) units may be chosen from other Certificate IV or Diploma qualifications in CPP or another current Training Package or accredited course, provided they do not duplicate the outcome of another unit chosen for the qualification.
