This training program is a representation of the qualification MTM40300 taken from the Australian Meat Industry Training Package MTM00 which should be consulted for full description of requirements. MTM00 is endorsed until 30/11/2003.

1. This qualification is the copyright of The Australian National Training Authority.

2. Further information on this qualification is contained in the Training Package available from Australian Training Products Ltd., Tel: (03) 9630 9836.

3. This qualification was entered on to the STARS by the VET Teaching & Learning on 8/6/2004 based on footprint provided by Appreenticeship and Traineeship Branch.

4. The qualification was amended on 23 January 2007 by the METS CSSN. Certificate II units were deleted and the Entrance Requirement was changed to completion of a Certificate II or II from MTM00. Hours for the qualification were reduced to 490.
