2. ELECTIVES

OPTIONAL 4 more units must be selected and at least 1 from the Specialist units and the balance from the Optional units. Any units selected must be relevant to the occupational outcome sought and should be appropriate to the AQF level. NOTE: The total hours for this qualification, if Certificate II in Food Processing has not been achieved must not exceed 630 hours. If Certificate II in Food Processing has been achieved, the maximum number of hours for this qualification is 380, and the Certificate II in Food Processing Core units will not count towards this qualification. Any units selected must be relevant to the occupational outcome sought and should be appropriate to the AQF level.
