  • 1.1 Identify impact of personal motivations, attitudes and values on workplace relationships
  • 1.2 Analyse and record instances of personal interpersonal biases impacting workplace relationships

  • 1.4 Seek feedback on plan from relevant personnel and adjust as appropriate
