No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication.

Elements and Performance Criteria
1. Identify feedback requirements and seek feedback
- 1.1 Determine areas of creative practice that would benefit from feedback
- 1.2 Determine type of feedback to request according to requirements
- 1.3 Identify personnel to seek feedback from, according feedback requirements
- 1.4 Request feedback on areas of personal creative practice from identified personnel
2. Analyse and prepare to act on feedback
- 2.1 Evaluate feedback and potential implications on creative practice
- 2.2 Discuss, clarify and confirm understanding of feedback with required personnel
- 2.3 Determine action items according to feedback received and develop implementation plan
3. Carry out and evaluate action items
- 3.1 Implement action items according to prepared plan
- 3.2 Seek additional feedback on creative practice following implementation of action items
- 3.3 Evaluate success of action items and update plan as required
