State Implementation and Classification
Description
The Certificate I in Leadership Development is a bridging course which may be customised to a specific industry or community environment. There are no specific vocational or educational outcomes for this qualification, however in the past, some learners have gained employment on completion of the course. Learners may progress to a Certificate II qualification in Leadership Development or Certificate II in an industry area.

2. Elective Units
