Description
The Certificate I in Leadership Development is a pathway to the Certificate II in Leadership Development course and a bridging course for clients who need to develop the necessary employability skills which will support their transition to work, further education and community participation.

2. Elective units
Select 3 elective units from any endorsed Training Package or Accredited Course at AQF Level 1 to bring the course up to a minimum of 280 nominal hours.
Elective units to be a minimum of 40 nominal hours. (One elective unit may be chosen from AQF Level 2)
Elective units should be relevant to the key client group, job outcome, local industry requirements and the qualification level.
