Description
The Associate Degree in Hospitality Management aims to combine current industry practices with a rigorous vocational and academic course curriculum to equip managers to face these challenges. The Associate Degree units focus on hospitality operational skills, management best practice, and the skills needed for continued learning in an ever changing environment.
The Associate Degree in Hospitality will provide students with the opportunity to bridge the gap between vocational and theoretical research. This will be done through the acquisition of research based knowledge and in depth understanding of broad-based, theoretical and multi-disciplinary concepts. Moreover, it will provide students with the ability to address emergent needs in the hospitality industry itself.
