The purpose of this module is to provide competency based training in the
analysis and interpretation, and in the identification and recommendation, of
relevant and effective operational and financial performance reports.
The aims of the module are for participants to acquire the skills, knowledge,
attributes and professional practices that will enable them to recognise the
financial implications of operational management, and manage operations through
the use of relevant performance reports to achieve effective financial
performance.
