Example of a single level program. The training identified is that which someone who already has Certificate III in Process Plant Operations may need to achieve. Holders of the Certificate III in Process Plant Operations will need an additional 5 units of competency to those already recognised by the Certificate III, if they have achieved competence in all required prerequisites. These additional 5 units of competency must be chosen so that the total units, including those carried forward from a lower level qualification, comply with the above rules. People entering at this level must also achieve competence in any required prerequisite units, and these will be counted towards the 26 units.
