Description
This qualification may be used as a pathway for workforce entry as community services workers who provide a first point of contact and assist individuals in meeting their immediate needs. At this level, work takes place under direct, regular supervision within clearly defined guidelines.

Packaging Rules
Total number of units = nine (9)- five (5) core units
- four (4) elective units, consisting of:
- at least two (2) units from the electives listed below
- up to two (2) units from the electives listed below, any endorsed Training Packages or accredited courses - these units must be relevant to the work outcome.
All electives chosen must contribute to a valid, industry-supported vocational outcome.
