Students who have completed the earlier version of a unit (listed below), should not be disadvantaged and should be given an exemption from the later version (listed above), as the content has usually only been updated due to minor (ie, legislation/Government Acts, etc) updates. Where elements have been added/deleted or significant changes have ocurred, then a new national number entirely will be be issued.
