Packaging Rules
To achieve recognition at the Certificate III level, the candidate must demonstrate competency in the 5 core units, plus 9 electives chosen from the agency administration units and/or the property sales and management units (total 14 units).

Of the 9 elective units, up to 4 units may be chosen from:
- any Certificate III or Certificate IV qualification in CPP07 Property Services Training Package
- any Certificate III qualification in BSB01 Business Services or FNS04 Financial Services Training Packages, provided that the units do not duplicate units in CPP07 Property Services Training Package.

All units must contribute to a valid, industry-supported vocational outcome.

The outline provided below is an example of one strategy as described in the Purchasing Guide. For more electives, please refer to the Packaging Rules above and the CPP07 Property Services Training Package.
